I’m a dad, and former 9-5 office-going employee… turned Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Corrective Exercise Specialist.

But 10+ years ago…
My life looked very different:
At 23 – I was 50+ pounds overweight and had just undergone my 2nd hip surgery and 4th lower body surgery.
And I wasn’t just plagued with physical injuries…
I was depressed, overwhelmed, and hopeless.
Because my health issues were impacting everything:
And despite exercising almost every day and eating what I thought was a healthy diet…
I couldn’t figure out why my body and mind were failing me.
And it was about to get worse…
Because soon after my 4th surgery:
I learned that my ex-girlfriend of 5+ years (who had remained one of my best friends) had overdosed.
The fragility of the human body hit me like a brick wall.
Something had to change.
But because I was stuck in bed, both physically and emotionally...
I didn’t have many options.
So I started reading self-help books on every health topic imaginable:
And as I learned…
I started implementing and testing various concepts in my life.
I began putting together a framework for optimal health that was both effective and sustainable, leveraging all the physical, mental, AND emotional aspects of health.
Within the first 12 months:
I lost 50 pounds.
In the next 12 months:
I gained 20 pounds of muscle.
But more importantly:
I had discovered a way to completely upgrade my identity and build a new lifestyle that was both enjoyable and fulfilling.
And over a decade later…
I'm in the best shape of my life across the board.
